Chocolate Cake with Orange Cream

First prepare the cream

In a bowl place the eggs, flour, starch cake flour, sugar, juice and rind of orange, and mix them with mixer until they equalize. Leave the milk to boil and then add the mixture. Stir over on low heat until it thickens like pudding. Take off the side cover and leave to cool completely. Smear the cream mix, and add the cooled custard and mix them to equalize.

Preparation of sponge cake

Butter and chocolate place them on steam until they melt. Then leave it to cool. Separate the whites and egg yolks. Mix egg whites with sugar until they become creamy. Then add the chocolate and butter, mix to equalize. Add the flour mixed with pastry and mix with a large spoon. With clean blenders mix egg whites with pinch of salt and add them to the mixture. With a spoon mix to equalize.
Pour the mixture into smeared with butter and flour in a mold with number (26), and set it to bake in a preheated oven 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Then let the baked sponge cake to cool down.

Prepare dressing

Water and sugar put them to boil. Remove them from the fire, allow it to cool slightly and add the orange juice and rum extract.

Cut the sponge cake in half horizontally

Put one half of the sponge cake and sprinkle it with half of the dressing. Pour the cream over and align. Place the other half of the sponge cake and sprinkle it with the remaining dressing.

Prepare frosting

Chocolate, butter and sweet cream place them on steam to melt and pour over the entire cake. Leave it to tighten and then decorate it with the mixed cream.
