This case involves any type of contest which requires you to show your body. Well, I have never seen a contest where people are required to show off their body fat and the one with the highest amount of fat wins but I have seen contest where the sexiest person wins. You want to participate in this contest but you are not sexy enough. If you are a woman, you will try a crash diet. In this case, the solution is the same as above. If you are a guy, you will try to overtrain. I know some people who train everyday because they want to lose weight as fast as possible. Overtraining can cause serious damage to your body. Overtaining also helps you build less muscle than regular training. So, you decide. My suggestion is to train only 3 times a week and try to burn as much calories as possible each day.
The no reason case
There are some people who want to lose weight as fast as possible without any reason, they just want to lose weight fast. In this case, my suggestion is to workout 3 times a week, eat healthy food, sleep well, drink 8 glasses of water everyday and try not to consume caffeine and alcohol. Of course, your workout must contain the right exercises in order for you to lose weight.
