And here we have yet another article that claims to give us the perfect diet plan formula.
And of course, when we bring up the subject of any diet plan, we are
generally desiring information on how to lose unwanted weight. What you
read here today, might very well be the first time that you have ever
heard it explained this way. And my confidence in this explanation stems
from the facts of a real life experience.
This journey actually
began just 15 months ago in December of 2012, and the ultimate goal
wasn't intended to lose weight at all. After listening to several
testimonies regarding various health issues, I was prompted to make a
telephone call and received confirming information on how to eliminate
lingering stomach problems. What I kept hearing over and over again, the
protein gluten was not only responsible for stomach problems, but was a
major contributing factor for weight gain. All of this information was
so convincing, by so many people, that I had no choice but to proceed
down this path.
I was told that if a person completely eliminates
gluten from their diet, and also uses top quality nutrition, they will
naturally lose unwanted weight. If the body is completely nutrified
with proper nutrition, the cravings for unwanted foods will no longer be
desirable and thus the reduction in weight. The weight was not a
concern for me, but I certainly desired better health and unwanted
stomach issues.
I started to expel all gluten from my life and at
the same time began ingesting high quality nutritional supplements. I
initially believed the gluten change would be some what of a challenge
because we are all such creatures of habit with our eating patterns.
The transitional period was as smooth as glass. When you start feeling
better in a matter of days, you know that you are on to something that
just might be the way to go. Your past conditioning habits are being
penetrated by a whole new perspective. The conditioning of the past
included what the experts had continuously prescribed for my stomach
ailments. Anti acids, and everything else you can imagine.
In
just a matter of a couple of weeks my stomach problems were history and
have remained so until this very day. But you say, what about the so
called weight loss diet plan? When I started on this new adventure I
weighed in at 165 pounds, and remember, it wasn't about weight loss for
me at all. I was trim and the subject of weight was always the
furtherest thing from my mind. After a very few months, I continuouly
kept pulling up my pants and decided to weigh myself. And beyond my
wildest dreams, I weighed in at 155 pounds! Right then, the light bulb
illuminated, and I remembered the information I was given with
unbelievable boldness back in December. If you expel all gluten from
your body and keep your body completely nutrified with the proper
nutrients, you will lose all unwanted weight. Now, you talk about the
old conditioning program being broken down! Shortly after that period
of time, and until this very day, I have been weighing in right at 150
pounds. My weight never, ever varies a single pound as long as I stay
completely off the gluten and continue taking the proper nutrition.
Your cravings will vanish! Your body will tell you exactly what you are
to weigh. What a machine!
In conclusion, I am making this bold
statement, and I certainly didn't discover this fact on my own. If any
person will completely expel all gluten from their body and make sure
they are getting the proper quality nutrition, the weight will come off!
Now there is a diet plan to lose weight without all the gimmicks, and
believe me, your entire health life will improve immensely. Gluten is a
major deterrent of absorption into the body. It is not what you eat
that counts, it is what you absorb!!
